Rules  Tour de Ghaap

1. No littering !
2. No helmet no ride.
3. Cancellation policy – 1 month before the race forfeit 50 %  of entry fee, 3 weeks before race 100%
   1.     All cycling shirts ordered can not be canceled 2months prior to the race start date.
4. Always take one another into consideration.
5. Riders who finish the race cannot go back and help another rider to finish the race, both riders will then be disqualified.
6. Riders who win the overall prices forfeit their sub-category prices if they are entered in more than one category. The price will then be given to the next rider in the category.
7. Riders can only enter two categories.
   1. Individual
   2. Individual and age categories
   3. The categories: open / men and women ( 17-39) and then the age categories  men and women  ( 40-49) ( 50 -59 ) ( 60  +)  Junior cat boys and girls ( U/16 )
   4. Corporate teams ( 4 riders per team )
8. Corporate Teams: The first 3 riders’ finish times are ad together to get the teams time for the day.
   1.  Day 1 and 2 don’t have to be the same 3 riders.
9. Any other rules laid down by the Berg Farmers Association before the race start.
